First Steps – Big Leaps!

Students Take Their First Steps into Theatre for Young Audiences

ZHdK, Studierende Minor Theater für junges Publikum (CH)

ZHdK students from Art Education, Fine Arts, Acting, and Theatre Education are taking their first steps in theatre for young audiences. Within just a few weeks, three very different projects have been created, exploring with great playful energy the themes of conflict and reconciliation in a penguin-tapir flatshare, an encounter with a genie in a bottle, and what the objects around us have to tell us. At Blickfelder, the projects will be presented to a public audience for the very first time.

"Gin and Tapi – a theatrical performance about arguing"

"Chocolate – a theatre piece about the explosive nature of wishes"

"I hear what you don't hear – a walk among the things that don't speak"
