Robin und die Hoods pulk fiktion (DE)To what extent are we like Robin Hood, and how much do we want to be? What weapons are allowed for a just cause? And what is justice, anyway?"Robin und die Hoods" question privileges, distribution, and justice with the universally known king of thieves at their back. Playfully experimenting with electropunk and dancing in tights, pulk fiktion tests the rebellion. Detective-like, they trace the legend of Robin Hood, negotiating the always burning question of how to achieve a just life for all without a moralizing tone.Mediation: Subsequent debriefing for one class each from the canton and the city of Zurich on the topic of justice (Duration: 60 minutes, including a break). Goodbye Stracciatella Cie BewegGrund & Tabea Martin (CH) What are we giving up?What can't we do without? What do we not want to give up?Does renunciation always come with something unpleasant? Or can we also gain something when we give up something? "Goodbye Stracciatella" is a dance piece about a friendship that explores questions of renunciation and what can emerge when two people meet and are there for each other. "Goodbye Stracciatella" conveys current questions about friendship, joy of play, and renunciation in a playful manner. For many years, Cie BewegGrund has been advocating for the development of inclusive dance in Switzerland and stages dance performances with artists with and without disabilities. You have to perform the same show over and over, even though you dislike it. A whole life under the control of others. What can be done to bring about change? Risk everything and seize power? Follow me Be Flat (BE) In 'Follow me,' two urban acrobats take over public spaces. With acrobatics and parkour, the duo transforms the area around GZ Buchegg: streets and benches become their stage, cobblestones turn into a dance floor, and the honking of passing cars provides the perfect soundtrack – everything becomes a playground for their breathtaking feats. The audience becomes their followers, actively engaging and rediscovering the neighborhood in a unique way.Turn off your smartphones, tie your shoelaces – and let the show begin!Rainy weather: Due to safety reasons, the described parkour can only take place in dry weather. In case of rain, there will be an acrobatic alternative program. This will also take place outdoors on the festival grounds, so please dress accordingly to the weather. Simple Machines Kwaad Bloed & Tuning People (BE) Ugo Dehaes breeds organically shaped machines in his basement that resemble insects. After they hatch from their slimy cocoons, he nurtures and molds them into dancing machines using artificial intelligence. These machines are capable of creating their own "robot ballet."The audience sits around a table with Ugo, getting up close and personal with the small robotic creatures. They crawl like caterpillars across the table. Some grow "hair," while others stumble around like little dogs. In his lecture performance, Ugo Dehaes explains how he trains "simple machines" with artificial intelligence until they are capable of creating and performing their own show. He explores how radically one can think in the pursuit of efficiency and societal optimization. His "robot ballet" is a humorous, playful choreography that allows the audience to engage with digitization and artificial intelligence. It's a critical attempt to render humans entirely unnecessary. After the performance, the audience is invited to teach the robots new movements themselves. Press Play KOPERGIETERY, KGbe & playField (BE)Take the controller in your hand and decide what happens on stage. "Press Play" is an interactive show where everyone in the audience collaborates to determine how the world on stage changes, how the story unfolds, and how it will end for the characters. The world appears to be increasingly 'moldable.' This gives us a false sense of control and, above all, burdens us with an enormous sense of responsibility: Is it up to you to determine who you are? Or is that just an illusion? Are you manipulating things, or are you actually being manipulated? What if you're not the only one with a remote control? And is there even a pause button?"Press Play" explores the land behind the avatars: the hidden algorithms that secretly guide us in a certain direction. Is it time to resist? Join in and let the game begin! For children, teenagers, and adults alike, for control freaks, nerds, and anyone who enjoys playing."Mediation:Following the performance, debriefing sessions will be conducted for one class each from the canton and the city, focusing on the theme of self-determination (Duration: 60 minutes, including a break). Grote Mensen BRONKS & compagnie barbarie (BE) Adults work. And children play. Or they go to school. Or they sleep. And when they sleep, the adults have to keep working. In the living room. On their computers. After tidying up the kitchen. 'I just need to finish something quickly!' a favorite phrase of grown-ups. But what do adults really do all day? Do they put the world in order? Do they take a nap? Or do they just mess everything up? Do these adults really have everything under control? Are they constantly cleaning up the mess others left behind? Or do the children have to clean up everything later?"Grote Mensen" is an absurd comedy about the seemingly important tasks of adults. Huitième jour La Mob à Sisyphe (FR) What happens on the eighth day? The day of failure: Three men are waiting. They are bored. They spread jam on bread, rock on their chairs, open a bottle - simple everyday actions turn into an absurd game with the desire to outdo themselves.A virtuoso competition unfolds, combining acrobatics, juggling, and skill. Labor der Privilegien Diana Rojas-Feile, Michael Sauter, Primarschule Eglisau (CH)Where do my privileges come from? The students have embarked on a quest to discover their own privileges. They have wondered what makes their own lives, those of their families, or their neighbors easier or harder. The concept of privilege directs attention to an examination of advantage. For those who are advantaged, their advantage often remains invisible. They do not perceive it as a privilege but rather as the norm. How "normal" does our future look? For which future, with or without privileges, do we feel responsible? The audience is invited to embark on the audio walk that has emerged from this process and playfully reflect on their own privileges. Kommando Pöpperle Kommando PöpperleNo paper, no goat, and no double barrel. Even though their band name might evoke a Swiss children's game, there are no commands at Kommando Pöpperle. Instead, the duo sings about cotton candy, an elephant on the roof, or a nose that runs away. Connecting to children's life worlds, that's their motto. Sometimes cheeky, sometimes thoughtful, unabashed, and mostly with a lot of humor. Suitable for both parents and children.Kommando PöpperleConcert

Credits 9:45 AMMeeting point: Theater Stadelhofen10:00 AM – 11:45 AMShow "Simple Machines": Ugo Dehaes has dismissed all his dancers and instead works with robots. In his basement, he breeds organically looking machines reminiscent of insects. After hatching from their slimy cocoons, he nurtures them and, with the help of artificial intelligence, shapes them into dancing machines capable of creating their own "Robot Ballet." Does this make him as a choreographer redundant? During Ugo Dehaes' Robot Ballet, the audience can get up close to the small machines dancing on the table, engaging sensually and humorously with questions of artificial intelligence, productivity, and efficiency. After the performance, the audience is invited to teach the robots new movements.Approximately 12:00 PM – 1:00 PMLunch by the lake with individually brought picnics.1:00 PM – 3:00 PMWorkshop with Ugo Dehaes: Build your own robot! For his show, Belgian choreographer Ugo Dehaes has constructed small, organically looking robots that learn to dance with him. In the afternoon, the students can become actively involved and build one of the robots from the show themselves. The KIKKBOTT robot consists of an Arduino Nano microchip, 3 small motors, some 3D-printed special elements, and a distance sensor, allowing the little creatures to avoid objects in their path. Students decide how to design their robot and, in exchange with Ugo Dehaes, learn more about the technology behind it.School Level:4th / 5th grade primary classOpen to:1 class from the canton of Zurich Kwaad Bloed & Tuning People (BE)Experience the festival for a full day!

What does it have to do with desire? How can we express desire - alone and together?Theater maker Laura Leupi, artist Talaya Schmid, and sex educator Angie Walti have discussed desire, pornography, and the question of how we can express desire - alone and together - with students from BWS Horgen. Labor der Privilegien Theater PurPur (CH)Where do my privileges come from? The students have embarked on a quest to discover their own privileges. They have wondered what makes their own lives, those of their families, or their neighbors easier or harder. The concept of privilege directs attention to an examination of advantage. For those who are advantaged, their advantage often remains invisible. They do not perceive it as a privilege but rather as the norm. How "normal" does our future look? For which future, with or without privileges, do we feel responsible? The audience is invited to embark on the audio walk that has emerged from this process and playfully reflect on their own privileges. Simple Machines Theater PurPur (CH) Ugo Dehaes breeds organically shaped machines in his basement that resemble insects. You too are an inventive person! A person with a heart and a head full of imagination and better ideas for the future. We, from Theater PurPur, invite you to the "Wandelhaus." Follow me Theater PurPur (CH) In 'Follow me,' two urban acrobats take over public spaces. Grote Mensen Theater PurPur (CH) Adults work. Press Play Theater PurPur (CH)Take the controller in your hand and decide what happens on stage. Grote Mensen Theater PurPur (CH) Adults work. Was macht Lust? Theater PurPur (CH)I feel like having chocolate. We feel like listening to loud music. I feel like hugging you." When we talk about desire, we quickly talk about sexual experiences. Today, sexual content is only a few clicks away. However, pornography remains a taboo, especially when it comes to dealing with teenagers. But what is pornography anyway? What does it have to do with desire? How can we express desire - alone and together?Theater maker Laura Leupi, artist Talaya Schmid, and sex educator Angie Walti have discussed desire, pornography, and the question of how we can express desire - alone and together - with students from BWS Horgen. In the exhibition space, the audience now encounters the thoughts of the young people and can explore for themselves what arouses desire. Information:Starting point at the entrance GZ Buchegg. Scan the QR code, put on your headphones, and let's go! If you don't have headphones with you, you can borrow some at the information/desk at the festival center. Whether giant ants, invented dinosaurs, or strange hybrid creatures. Come and build with us!On the last Saturday evening, the entire artwork will be brought to life in a solemn show: the dragon breathes fire, the eyes of the hedgehog light up, or the pterosaur takes off. Accompanied by the sounds of saxophonist Martin Schuhmacher. On the last Sunday, we will dismantle the entire artwork together with your own cordless drills. The dismantled wooden slats can be taken home. Information:Children up to 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Follow me Theater PurPur (CH) In 'Follow me,' two urban acrobats take over public spaces. (de)codiert – Between sending and receiving Theater PurPur (CH)We weigh what and how we want to communicate. This is not always successful. Wanting to say something "right" can be quite exhausting. Especially when it is perceived as "different" or as "not normal."As part of "Schule im Museum," students from a 4th grade class have been exploring the works and biographies of artists featured in the current exhibition at the Musée Visionnaire for several months. They have experimented with various materials, formulated their own messages, and are now passing on their knowledge to the audience through interactive tours. Additionally, a film provides insight into the project. Kommando Pöpperle Theater PurPur (CH)No paper, no goat, and no double barrel.
